Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges except in the limited circumstances outlined below.


No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect cards ordered by the customer
  • Opened or used products
  • Normal factory print variations
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Differences in personal grading opinions
  • Damage occurring after delivery

Please review all product descriptions carefully before placing your order.


Eligible Returns (Wrong or Defective Items Only)

A return, replacement, or refund will only be accepted if:

  • You received an incorrect item, or
  • The item arrived defective or damaged as a result of shipping

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging are required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

  • A replacement (if available), or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Requests submitted without photos or outside the stated timeframe may be denied.


Trading Card Condition & Grading Disclaimer

All single cards are inspected prior to shipment. Please note that:

  • Minor factory imperfections (including but not limited to centering, print lines, edge wear, or surface marks) are common in trading cards and do not qualify as defects
  • Grading is subjective (excluding Graded cards, also known as "SLABS" )

Despite our best efforts to accurately assess and describe card condition, the condition of a card may reasonably be considered one grade higher or one grade lower than the condition stated in the product description.

This variance does not constitute a defect and is not a valid reason for a return, exchange, or refund.

By purchasing single cards from our store, you acknowledge and accept this industry-standard practice.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us as soon as possible
  • We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue

Resolutions may include a replacement or refund at our discretion once the claim process is completed.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs

International Orders, Customs & VAT

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not grounds for a return or refund.
