Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). In most cases, orders are shipped within this timeframe.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly extended. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information where available. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
